# Dyad CX

> Dyad CX helps organizations close the gap between AI investment and AI value. Most AI implementations fail because organizations aren't ready, not because the technology isn't capable. Dyad CX closes that gap with readiness assessments, implementation partnerships, and measurable results, aligning people, process, and tools. Founded by Greg Walker, with 18+ years leading AI implementation, support operations, and product management. Based in California.

Dyad CX also builds and open-sources MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors and Claude skills that wire AI assistants directly into the tools businesses already run on. The website is a hand-written static site (HTML/CSS/JS) hosted on GitHub Pages.
