Over two decades, I've led AI implementation, support operations, and product management for B2B SaaS and fintech companies. I've been the support leader trying to adopt new technology and frustrated when it didn't work. I've been the product manager building tools and watching implementations fail.
That dual perspective revealed a consistent pattern: the gap between AI capability and organizational readiness. Technology vendors sell the capability. Nobody helps with the readiness.
I work at the intersection of Support, Product, and Engineering. I'm comfortable debugging APIs, designing workflows, and presenting to executives. I build systems that work and help teams deliver.
My focus now is helping organizations close the gap between AI investment and AI value. The technology exists to transform customer experience. Most organizations aren't ready to use it. That's the problem I solve.
